The Raiders struggled on the defensive side of the ball for the majority of the 40 minutes. Miscommunication and slow rotations allowed Norwich multiple easy scoring opportunities. Riv found themselves down by as many as 20 points in the second half only to fight back and cut the lead to 7 points with under 3 minutes to go. That is as close as the Blue and Gray would get as the Cadets made good on 7 of 8 free throws down the stretch.
 
The Raiders were led by junior Jess Mellen's 12 point, 7 rebound, 4 assist performance. Freshman Danielle Stoodley was superb off the bench as she connected for 10 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished out 3 assists. Senior Justine Nims celebrated Senior Night by dropping in 10 points to go with 3 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Freshman Allie Parent also gave tough minutes as she chipped in with 11 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists.
