Men's Lacrosse Falls to Mount Ida

Nashua, NH - Mount Ida College won big today in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) men's lacrosse game, 20-1, against Rivier College. Mount Ida improves to 6-7 overall and 5-0 in GNAC play while the Raiders fall to 0-7 on the season and 0-5 in GNAC play.

Mount Ida's JT Hoyt (Westfield, MA) led all scorers with 5 goals in the game while Rivier's lone goal came from leading scorer Danny Hooper (Wakefield, RI).

Mount Ida goal keepers combined for 3 saves while Rivier's Goalie Chris Benoit (Blackstone, MA) made 14 saves in the loss.

Rivier will travel to Norwich University on April 19th for a 4:00 PM GNAC game, meanwhile, Mount Ida will host Mass. Maritime on April 18th at 4:00 PM.
