Game Recap: Women's Volleyball |

Peacock, Raider defeat Keene State 3-1

(Keene, NH) The Rivier University Women's Volleyball team rallied after dropping the first set to earn a win on the road at Keene State College, 3-1.

Senior Kenna Finlayson (Derry, NH) laced 20 kills as she played in all four sets. Junior Nicole Peacock (Warwick, RI) recorded 12 kills as the Raiders improved to 8-3 overall.

Freshman Emily O'Reilly (San Francisco, CA) continues to set the table as she had 32 assists. Junior defensive specialist, Jessica Amaral (East Providence, RI) had 11 digs.

The Raiders out killed the Owls 44-31 as the team hit at a .348 clip. After dropping the first set 25-12, Rivier stormed back and took the final three sets 25-12, 25-18 and 25-15.

Rivier will return to action on Saturday afternoon as they travel up to Saint Joseph's College in Maine for a GNAC match.
