NASHUA, NH: Rivier men's basketball falls to Anna Maria in GNAC action this afternoon in the Muldoon Center.

THE BASICS:

- Records: Anna Maria (4-13, 3-6 GNAC), Rivier (2-16, 0-10 GNAC)

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-  After struggling to score in the opening minutes of the contest, the Raiders would come back after being down 19-9. Riv chipped away at the deficit and found themselves taking a 37-28 lead into the half.

- A large part of the Raiders successes tonight stemmed from a 32-point effort from Nikolas Pignone (Stoneham, MA). Pignone had 20 after the first half.

- For the AMCATS, Trevian Grenon had a team-high 13 points while coming off the bench. Deandre Wallace was just shy of Grenon with 12 points.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

-  Rebounds: Anna Maria 38, Rivier 37

-  Assists: Rivier 16, Anna Maria 12

-  Shooting Percentage: Rivier 51.9%, Anna Maria 42.9%
