  • Sophomore Matt Youngquist buried a three off a pass from Baguidy to extend the Raiders' lead to double digits.
  • In the final minute of the half, Shaw-Glen sparked a surge with a score in the paint off a steal by sophomore Steph Barnes and later assisted senior Williams in transition for Rivier's largest lead of the period, 43-31.
  • A late Bridgewater St. tip-in cut into the margin, but Rivier carried a 43–33 advantage into halftime.
  • Baguidy started the second half with another three, followed by a Shaw-Glen put-back to keep Rivier in control.
