WINTHROP, Mass. - Sophomore setter
Lily Seibel averaged 10.86 assists per set over seven sets and added 20 digs to help the Rivier women's volleyball team to a 2-0 week (1-0 GNAC), earning Great Northeast Athletic Conference Setter of the Week honors.
The Raiders opened the week with a 3-1 victory over Keene St. as Seibel dished out a career-high 37 assists. She followed up with 29 assists in a 3-0 sweep of Mitchell.
After her performance this past week, the Harrison, N.Y. native now sits fourth overall in the GNAC with 7.05 assists per set.
Rivier returns to action on Wednesday, September 24, hosting UMass Boston in a non-conference matchup at the Muldoon Center. The contest marks the first of a four-game homestand, with the first serve set for 7:00 p.m.
