NASHUA, N.H. – Rivier women's ice hockey first-year
Chloe Bryda has been named a New England Division II Women's All-Star, the New England Hockey Writers Association announced this morning.
Bryda, who was named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Rookie and Player of the Year last month, is the second player in program history to receive this recognition.
The Cumberland, R.I. native recorded 16 goals and 12 assists in 26 games for the Raiders, helping Rivier to is best ever season with a 17-10-0 record and its second consecutive trip to the MASCAC Championship game. Bryda finished tied-sixth in the nation in game-winning goals (5), while her .62 goals per game ranked tied-25th in the country. In addition to leading the MASCAC in points and goals, the first-year rounded out the 2025-26 campaign with a plus/minus rating of +14, tied for the best in the conference.
Bryda will be honored on Sunday, April 19 at an awards reception at the Price Restaurant in Saugus, Mass.
