Box Score DANBURY, Conn. - The Rivier women's soccer team rallied for a 2-1 victory over Western Connecticut St. on Tuesday evening in a non-conference matchup.

With the result, the Raiders improved to 1-1-1 (0-0-0 GNAC), while the Wolves moved to 2-1-2 (0-0-0 LEC).

• First-year goalkeeper Isabella Bachhuber made her first collegiate start in net for the Raiders.
• Rivier earned an early corner kick as the Raiders looked to create pressure in the opening minutes.

• Bianca Casna followed with a header that was saved by WestConn goalkeeper Gianna Regan.
• Leah Morrier came inches away from giving Rivier the lead when her attempt struck the crossbar.
