No-5 Rivier College (4-0 GNAC; 11-1 overall) defeated Lasell College in three straight sets to remain undefeated in GNAC play with a 4-0 record.  The Raiders had trouble from the start to finish finding their groove and struggled to put away the pesky Lasers at any time during the match.  Zach Hansen, Chris Deluca, and Drew Corwin showed good preparation, focus and determination to carry the Raiders to victory.  Hansen seemingly did it all for RIV with a 40 assist, 8 dig, 4 block, 3 service ace, 2 kill performance.  Deluca was steady on offense with 5 kills and a .417 hitting percentage while Corwin passed nails all match and scooped up 3 digs.  First year players Andrew Paine and Alex Xenidis contributed off the bench with a combined 3 kills, 3 digs, and 2 blocks for Rivier.
