Husson University outshot the Raiders 33-0 as the Eagles kept
constant pressure on the offensive side of the ball winning the
game 6-0. With only a few chance on offense the Raiders were
constantly stopped in their tracks before getting a chance to shoot
on Goal.
Husson's Courtney Allen scored a hat trick in the first half as
she scored all three of Husson's goals, Jillian Morin, Skye Ellis
and Kaitlyn-Jade Dingley each score a goal apiece during the second
half to round out the scoring.
Rivier Goalkeeper Jenna Beadle was tested all
day and came up with 13 saves against a fierce Husson attack.
Beadle was great in goal all day as the Eagles were able to set up
31 corner attacks with Jenna and the Raiders stopping 29 of them.
The Raiders will return to action on Wednesday, the 23rd,
against Wheaton College, game time is slated for 5:00 PM and will
take place on the Wheaton College Campus.
