Key Largo, FL - Riv (7-3) stormed out of the gates and raced to an eight point lead in the early minutes of their first game back from break. The Raiders forced 15 turnovers and drained four 3-pointers in the opening stanza which accounted for their 10 point lead at the break. The Lyons went on an 18-6 run in the first six minutes of the second half to take their first lead of the game. The Blue and Gray fought back and held a small lead for much of the final 12 minutes. Two back to back turnovers by Riv allowed MHC to take a 60-59 lead with 1:04 to go. Three defensive stops, a clutch 3-pointer and four consecutive free throws sealed the win for Riv.

Senior Monica White (Augusta, ME) led the way with a team-high 16 points to go with 2 assists and 2 steals. White went a perfect 4 for 4 from the charity stripe while committing just 1 turnover.
