Leicester, Mass.- Becker College received a game high seven
points from Josh Fask (Worcester, Mass.) as the Hawks defeated
Rivier College 19-1 in men's lacrosse action.
Becker got goals from 11 different players. Jeff Petersen
(Syracuse, NY.) led the Hawks with four goals. Senior Aaron Fill
(Ladner, BC.) chipped in with three goals. Ryan Murphy (Attleboro,
Mass.) and Joe Cocoran (Toms River, NJ.) split the game in goal.
Murphy didn't face a shot in the first half, while Cocoran made
three saves in the second half. Becker is now 5-7 on the season.
Rivier got their lone goal Randy Perrine (Merrimack,
NH.) with 8:59 remaining in the game. Matt Besaw
(Glens Falls, NY.) made 18 saves in the loss. The Raiders
are now 0-6 on the season.
