NEW LONDON, NH: Rivier men's basketball falls in GNAC action this evening to Colby-Sawyer.  

THE BASICS:

- Date: 1/17/23

- Score: Colby-Sawyer 68, Rivier 55

- Records: Colby-Sawyer (7-9, 4-4 GNAC), Rivier (2-15, 0-9 GNAC)

HOW IT HAPPENED:

-  After a low-scoring first half which saw the Raiders on top 28-25. The Chargers would bounce back in the second half, outscoring the Raiders 43-27.  

- Omar Boone and Kevin Cummings took over for the Chargers as they scored 17 points each. Boone added 13 rebounds to complete a double-double. Conor Kelly also contributed 13 rebounds and nine points.

- The Raiders had two players score double digits. Marko Ljushikj (Macedonia) led the team with 11 points, with Nesta Roberts (Manchester, CT) scoring ten points and pulling down five boards.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

-  Rebounds: Rivier 42, Colby-Sawyer 41

-  Assists: Rivier 12, Colby-Sawyer 8

-  Shooting Percentage: Colby-Sawyer 40.7%, Rivier 31.8%
