Men’s Soccer Ends in 0-0 Stalemate with Keene St.

NASHUA, N.H. – The Rivier men's soccer team played to a 0-0 stalemate with non-conference opponent Keene St. on Wednesday evening during Youth Sports Night. 

With the draw, the Raiders move to 2-4-4, while the Owls move to 6-2-2. 

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The first half was a back-and-forth battle, with neither side able to generate consistent offensive momentum.
  • Rivier created more chances in the second half, recording nine shots, but was unable to find the back of the net.
BOX SCORE BREAKDOWN
  • First-year Lucas Sades made his first collegiate start, tallying six saves to preserve the clean sheet.
  • Rivier held the slight edge on shots, 8-11.
  • All corner kick opportunities came in the second half, with the Raiders holding a 2-1 advantage.
