NASHUA, N.H. – The Rivier men's soccer team played to a 0-0 stalemate with non-conference opponent Keene St. on Wednesday evening during Youth Sports Night.
With the draw, the Raiders move to 2-4-4, while the Owls move to 6-2-2.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The first half was a back-and-forth battle, with neither side able to generate consistent offensive momentum.
- Rivier created more chances in the second half, recording nine shots, but was unable to find the back of the net.
BOX SCORE BREAKDOWN
- First-year Lucas Sades made his first collegiate start, tallying six saves to preserve the clean sheet.
- Rivier held the slight edge on shots, 8-11.
- All corner kick opportunities came in the second half, with the Raiders holding a 2-1 advantage.
