NASHUA, N.H. – After being picked to finish sixth in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Preseason Poll, the Rivier men's ice hockey team is set to begin its 2025-26 campaign on the road against JWU (Providence) at 7:00 p.m. at Lynch Arena.  

LAST SEASON 

• The Raiders concluded the season with an overall record of 7-16-2 and a 3-13-2 mark in conference play. 

• The team opened the season with wins over Keene St. and Division II opponents Saint Anselm.

• The squads' other wins came over SUNY Potsdam, Franklin Pierce, Framingham St., Westfield St., and UMass Dartmouth. 

• Devon Jolley was selected to the MASACAC All-Sportsmanship team 

• 22 student-athletes were named to the MASCAC All-Academic Team.  

CAPTAINS 

• Seniors Alfred Rotiroti and Carter Poulin, along with junior Jolley, will lead the 17 returners and 14 newcomers this season 

NEWCOMERS 

• Second-year head coach Shaun Millerick has announced the addition of Jared Henderson, completing this season's coaching staff 

• 13 first-year players and transfer Evan Miles make up the 14 newcomers. 

SCHEDULE 

• The season kicks off at JWU (Providence) on Halloween night. 

• The Raiders' home opener against New England College on 11/1 will also serve as the team's Family Night. 

• Ahead of the conference opener against Fitchburg State on November 15, the program will hold its first-ever alumni game. 

• On 12/6, the Raiders host Westfield State in a matchup that will double as Youth Hockey Night and a Toys for Tots collection event. 

• The regular season concludes at Conway Arena on 2/21, as the Raiders honor their seniors prior to puck drop against Worcester State.
