COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rivier field hockey team saw seven members earned National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Academic Honors, the association announced this week.
Seven student-athletes, including five first-years earned NFHCA National Academic Squad Honors, which requires a 3.50 grade point average or higher throughout the fall semester. Sophomore
Kelsey Bain and senior
Reilly Swislosky each earned this honor for the first time in their careers.
Joining them on this list are first-years,
Cali Andriski,
Lexi Davies,
Olivia Faro,
Kallie Frechette, and
Colleen Smith.
Additionally, four members of the team, Bain, Davies, Frechette, and Smith, earned a spot on the NFHCA National Scholars of Distinction squad, which requires a 3.90 grade point average or higher in the fall semester.
