SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. – Senior face-off specialist
Owen McDuffie has been selected to represent the Rivier University men's lacrosse program at the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) East-West Senior All-Star Game, the association announced Monday evening.
The game is scheduled for Friday, June 5 at Trinity College, with the opening face-off set for 7:00 p.m.
Rivier concluded its 2026 campaign with its second consecutive Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championship and earned a berth in the NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Championship, where the Raiders fell to Rhodes College in the first round.
McDuffie capped off his collegiate career with GNAC Face-Off Specialist of the Year honors and a First Team All-Conference selection. The Gray, Maine native appeared in 17 games, winning 174 of 246 faceoffs for an impressive 70.7 percent success rate. He also recorded 114 ground balls while contributing one goal and one assist.
