KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Junior Logan Clough and sophomore Luiggi Ferreira of the Rivier men's soccer program were named to the 2025 United Soccer Coaches All-Region I Third Team, as announced Tuesday.

Clough and Ferreira are two of the three Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) men's soccer student-athletes to be recognized with All-Region Honors and are the first student-athletes to be honored with this award in the program's history.

Clough concluded the season with an All-GNAC Second Team selection. The Hillsborough, N.H. native started in all 19 games he appeared in, logging a 9-5-5 overall record in net. The junior captain finished top six in the conference in recorded goals-against average (0.99), save percentage (.791), saves (68), and goals allowed (18).

Ferreira capped off a standout 2025 season with All-GNAC First Team honors. The Lowell, Mass. native appeared in 19 games with 18 starts, anchoring the Raiders' backline while also contributing offensively with two goals and one assist. His defensive presence helped Rivier hold opponents to just 23 goals, the third fewest in the conference, and he played a pivotal role in the team's seven shutouts.

The Rivier men's soccer team had a record-breaking year, clinching a spot in postseason play for their second straight season and reaching the GNAC Championship game for the first time since 1997. Their eight conference victories set a new program record, surpassing the mark that had stood since 2000.
