NASHUA, N.H. – Rivier baseball junior closer Ty Baker has been named to the D3baseball.com Region 1 Second Team, the publication announced Tuesday afternoon.
Baker was previously named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference First Team earlier this month and becomes the first student-athlete in program history to earn regional accolades from D3baseball.com.
Over 22.1 innings pitched through 12 appearances, the Hudson, N.H. native posted a 1-0 record with a 0.81 ERA and a .679 WHIP for the Raiders and led the GNAC in saves with seven, which is T-20th in the nation at the time of this publication. He contributed 17 strikeouts with a 6.85 K/9 in the 2025 campaign.
Baker and the Raiders concluded the regular season on a five-game winning streak to secure their best conference record in program history at 9-7 and secured the sixth seed in the GNAC Tournament, eventually falling to Lasell in GNAC Pod Play.
